Technical Support Role

Technical support role main job duties-

Dealing with 1st and 2nd line support.
Provide real time response\resolution to customer and internal support inquiries
Interact with our customers over the phone, e-mail and remote sessions
Diagnose problem causes and provide solutions
Ensure continuous monitoring of customer issues until they are resolved
Own internal office support, O365 infrastructure, setting up new employees, purchasing new kit

Personal Skills

We are seeking a technical candidate who has experience in 1st and 2nd line support, has excellent communications skills, whether responding by phone or email. Experience in Microsoft Azure would be an advantage.

Being able to support the technical team in other areas as and when needed, by being a real team player.

Technical Skills for Internal Support

" Network troubleshooting (switches, routers, TCP/IP, Internet access)
" Active Directory management
" SSL Certificates
" Microsoft Azure tenant management
" Virtual Machine and server management (creation, updates, backups, troubleshooting)
" Office 365 tenant management
" Support for finance department applications
" Support for development department applications (Team Foundation Server, MS DevOps)
" Setup and troubleshooting of laptops, mobile phones, printers and other office equipment
" Manage cyber security certification
" Support Microsoft certification for the company and employees
" Organise quotations, orders, receipt, repairs and disposal of office equipment
" Assist procurement team with contract renewals

Skills for Customer Helpdesk Support

" Manage the ticketing system, priorities, communications and allocation to 3rd line technical resources
" Personally manage customer relationship in conjunction with the Customer Satisfaction manager
" Support the company's software products deployed to customers via remote access (troubleshooting) - training will be provided on software products
" Produce reports on customer support activity

Salary 22- 30K depending on experience
