Product Specialist

This is an opportunity to join a software company with aggressive growth plans, bringing to market a ground-breaking technology for the education market. as Product Specialist .

The role will be to provide online and in person demonstrations to potential customers; once secured the role will manage the implementation and onboarding process from start to finish. As this is a new role to the UK it will also have the opportunity to help develop the process to provide customers world class service.

The successful candidate will receive full product training and the chance to work in a supportive, friendly and relaxed working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
" Develop a solid understanding and maintain up to date product knowledge.
" Provide online & in person demonstrations and training.
" Talk with confidence to customers about software & services and how they operate or function within the client's environment.
" Take full responsibility for all on boarding activities.
" Drive platform adoption across current customers via email campaigns, webinars & training.
" Maintain an excellent knowledge of competitor products.
" Ensure the Sales team is kept informed of product developments and competitor threats.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
" Excellent in person and online presentation skills
" Willingness and enthusiasm to learn about new products and technology.
" Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
" Smart, professional appearance
" Ability to prioritise effectively
" Excellent organisational skills
" Ability to travel as business needs dictate
" Strong teamwork skills

The successful candidate will receive full product training and the chance to work in a supportive, friendly and relaxed working environment.

Monday - Friday
Salary 18000k
