Food and beverage supervisor .

This Hampshire conference centre providing a fantastic location for conferences, training events, seminars, breakfast meetings, AGM's and product launches, in addition to dinners, parties and celebrations has an opening for a Food and Beverage Supervisor .

Supporting the day to day running of the Blue cafe bar and hospitality the fodd and berage supervisor will play a crucial role in the smooth runnung of this conference centre.

You will need strong customer service skills, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, be passionate about the food and have a confident outgoing personality plus the ability to use own initiative.
The role is primarily:
" Supervise and motivate permanent and casual staff
" Assist with training ensuring high customer service standards, health and safety along with food hygiene regulations are maintained
" Monitor the quality and presentation of the food together with the delivery of service
" Assist with organising shifts and rotas


Salary: 18,450.00 /year
