Account Manager
Our focus from the start is provide exceptional service to our clients – from the moment an item of stock is received at our warehouse our clients have total visibility of all their stock in the warehouse, in production and despatched, through our online warehouse management system, providing 24hour visibility of stock held and orders processing. We operate a total open, transparent and seamless warehousing and production operation and we strive to stay committed, flexible and accurate. This means we are not content with just standing still, but constantly looking for efficiencies in order to improve everything we do, for the benefit of our clients.
Therefore we are seeking an experienced, motivated Account Manager to report direct to the Managing Director to strive to plan not only the tasks you are working on, but also the next tasks coming through, making sure you have time to complete the taks within the clients timescale.
Account Manager Responsibilities
Making sure every client gets the best from our comprehensive range of fulfilment services
First-class account management skills
Engaging personality and seamless interaction with clients & onboarding new clients
Managing the end-to-end up selling sales solutions
Forecasting and analysing to keep colleagues in the loop

The right candidate must have:
- Fulfilment, pick & pack, eCommerce experience and passion
- Ambition, energy, drive and a motivation to succeed
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Strong understanding of, and ability to manage, budgets and timings
- B2B and B2C project delivery
- A proven track record in seeking out and closing new opportunities within existing clients
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- Impressive customer focus and comprehensive product knowledge
- A natural way with people and instinct for knowing how to exceed expectations
- Experience working with an operational team

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within storage, fulfilment, pick & pack, eCommerce, secondary contract packing and distribution services, would be beneficial to your application, but not necessary
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Office and its application
- Able to work within KPIs and metrics, being able to analyse large data sets to understand trends and look for improved efficiencies
