Customer Service 

To assist in the achievement of National Account sales, profit and customer service targets through individual and team KPIs. 

To deliver outstanding customer service at all times ensuring each customer experience is exceptional.

Customer Service Advisor- Sales

  • Make daily calls in accordance with the call diary to generate repeat orders, ensuring all orders are captured, and opportunities are taken to maximise sales and margin.
  • Receive inbound sales orders and enquiries from National Account customers, maximising all profit opportunities.
  • Grow and develop accounts within defined portfolio against targets, working with National Account Managers to achieve maximum potential.
  • Participate fully in monthly sales activity designed to increase revenue, paying particular attention to Average Order Value budge targets.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of Believe Achieve sales training, delivering sales through exceptional service at all times.
  • Carry out scheduled administration tasks in line with daily reporting.

Customer Service Advisor- Customer Service

  • Contribute towards call centre KPIs, making oneself available to answer an equal share of call centre calls on a daily basis.
  • Deal with all customer queries/ requests for product and service information promptly, efficiently and courteously, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required.
  • Resolve all customer concerns in a timely manner, liaising with the appropriate internal key stakeholders to delight the customer.
  • Manage out of stock items by communicating with purchasing and advising customer accordingly.
  • Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly National Account Managers, Operations, Stock Control and Credit Control to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved.

Customer Service Advisor will Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Salary £20,800 start, rising to £21,115 if they pass 3 months’ probation.  40HRs per week.
