Receptionist - £10.40 per hour - Temp to Perm
I am working with my client in the charity sector to recruit a Receptionist for their office in central Basingstoke. This Receptionist role will be offered on a temp to perm basis.
The role of Receptionist will be to provided front of house administrative support to visitors and internal stakeholders. You will be the first point of of contact in relation to the building and it's facilities, including managing the email inbox, telephone calls and updating the CRM database.
Responsibilities:
- Reception
- First point of contact for visitors
- Responding to incoming calls and emails
- General administrative duties including using systems and production of documents
- Manage confidential and personal information appropriately
- Facilities and Volunteer Support
- Key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and those using the facilities. Including booking of rooms and keeping CRM updated.
- Provide support to the Operations Manager
- General Administration
- Use digital and operational systems to capture activity and member data
- Production of reports and performance updates as required
- Support the effective marketing to raise awareness of the services on offer.
